Instant Edges Inc. Refund & Exchange Policy

 

REFUNDS Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all hair products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any Instant Edges purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.

 

EXCHANGES We will NOT allow exchanges, but WILL allow discounts on an additional purchase if defective or wrong hair color has been chosen. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality product.

 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In the event that there is a problem with your shipping address, we will make attempts to contact you to address the problems therein through the email provided at the time the order was made. If we are unable to reach you and/or receive correspondence to correct these problems within seven (7) business days, Instant Edges Inc. reserves the right to cancel the order placed and refund the order amount minus a 10% surcharge cancellation fee.
